02 How to set your DNS records (same for domain forwarding)

Identify DNS Provider: Log in to your domain registrar or DNS host (where you purchased the domain).

Access DNS Settings: Locate the DNS management zone editor or advanced DNS settings.

Add/Update CNAME Record:

Type: CNAME

Frequently asked questions.

  • What’s the catch? Why is it only $99/month?

There is no catch, just strict boundaries. We keep our platform affordable because we only accept clients who fit our standardized scope. We migrate your existing content, integrations, and structure. We don’t write new copy, create new media, or build complex custom web apps. If your site requires things of that nature, we’ll let you know immediately in the qualification questionnaire that we aren't the right fit.

  • Do I own my website?

Yes, completely. You retain 100% ownership of your domain name, your content, your images, and your brand assets. We are strictly an infrastructure partner; we will never hold your digital property hostage. Because your site is built on our managed enterprise infrastructure, the underlying platform hosting is tied to your active subscription. If you ever decide to leave us, your content and domain go with you, no questions asked.

  • Will I lose my Google rankings or SEO traffic?

We follow strict SEO preservation best practices to minimize any risk. During the migration, we guarantee technical parity: we carry over your metadata, header structures, and alt-text, and we map 301 redirects for any URL changes. While no one can guarantee Google's search algorithms, we ensure your site’s structural SEO foundation remains entirely intact.

  • How long does a site migration take?

Unlike traditional web agencies that can take months to rebuild a site, our standardized migration process is designed for speed and accuracy.

Basic Plan: Typically completed and ready for launch in 3 to 5 business days or less after you submit your Onboarding Packet.

Advanced Plan: Typically completed and ready for launch in 5 to 7 business days or less.

You'll be provided an estimated time of completion upon finishing your Qualification Questionnaire.

Note: These timelines do fluctuate depending on present demand and largely hinge on your ability to promptly follow up with us during the site review process & getting us domain/DNS access so we can deploy your site.

  • Are you a marketing agency? Will you make regular changes for me?

No, we are an infrastructure and platform governance partner. We replace expensive agency retainers by giving you a stable, unbreakable site that your own team can safely edit. If you do want us to build new pages or make complex layout changes later, we offer transparent hourly rates or pre-purchased edit packs, but you are never locked into a monthly maintenance retainer.

  • Can my marketing team, freelancers, or developers get full access to the site?

Yes. By default, we use strict role-based permissions so your team can safely update text, images, and blogs with zero risk of breaking the site's layout.

For trusted professionals who need unrestricted design control, we offer "Expert Access." Because this bypasses our platform's safety nets, it requires a signed Expert Access Acknowledgment.

    • The Catch: Any repairs or troubleshooting required due to mistakes caused by outside edits are not covered by our free support and will require paid support to resolve if you cannot tend to them yourself.

    • The Safety Net: Even with Expert Access, our system automatically backs up your site every time you publish, making it quick and easy to roll back yourself if your expert makes a mistake.
  • What exactly does "AI-ready" or "Agent-friendly" mean?

As AI tools become more common, businesses will want to use AI agents to update their sites. But if your site isn't structured properly, an AI can easily break your layout or turn your code into a messy "black box." We build your site using a strict, component-based system with protected zones. This means you can confidently grant an AI agent (or a junior employee) limited access to update text and media, with zero risk of them breaking the site. It also means your site is inherently optimized for the next generation of AI search, ensuring platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can easily read, parse, and recommend your business.

  • What happens if I make a mistake and break a page?

It’s almost impossible to break our layouts due to our role-based editing guardrails. However, if you ever delete something important or publish a mistake, our system creates automated backups each time you re-publish your site. You can also create them manually with ease if you wish. That way, you can instantly restore your site to a previous version with a single click.

  • How is this different from Squarespace, Wix, or standard WordPress?

Standard WordPress sites require constant security patches, fragile plugin updates, and expensive developers to maintain. DIY builders like Squarespace or Wix leave you to do the heavy lifting of migration and don't provide structural guardrails, meaning anyone can accidentally ruin the design. We handle the entire migration for you and put you on a fully managed, unbreakable enterprise platform.

  • What is included in support, and how do paid updates work?

Platform support is always included for free; this covers your hosting, platform access, user roles, billing, and general system availability. Because we are an infrastructure provider and not an expensive agency with a monthly retainer, structural changes to your site (like designing new pages, changing core layouts, or building new tool integrations) fall under your purview or our optional paid support.

Our platform is designed so that most things you'd want to do can be taken care of in house by a member of your team or an AI agent.
