Acceptable Use Policy.

Effective Date: 10/1/26

This policy applies to every website, account and feature Stacq provides, including sites Stacq builds or hosts for you, their forms, members areas and files, and anyone you give access to. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.

You may not use Stacq to:

  • break the law, or help someone else do so;
  • publish material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • spread malware, run phishing, or collect passwords, payment details or other personal information under false pretenses;
  • send spam, or use a site's forms to send bulk or unsolicited messages;
  • publish material that sexually exploits minors, threatens or harasses people, or incites violence;
  • impersonate a person or organization, or mislead visitors about who runs the site;
  • sell or promote goods or services that are illegal where they are offered;
  • publish sexually explicit material.

Keep Stacq and other sites safe. Do not probe, scan or test the security of Stacq or of any site it hosts without our written permission, get around a password page or members area, or send so many requests that it slows the service for others.

Collect visitors' information responsibly. If your site collects information from visitors, say so in a privacy policy and have a lawful reason to collect it. Do not use forms to collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers or health records.

Custom code and embedded tools. Code or third-party tools added to your site must come from sources you trust and must follow this policy.

What we do about a breach. We may remove material, take a site offline or suspend an account that breaks this policy. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix it; where there is a risk of serious harm, we act first and tell you afterwards.

Report a problem. Email info@stacq.io with the page's address and what is wrong. Copyright complaints follow our Copyright and DMCA policy.
